Ugandan Producer and Nyege OG DJ Decay aka Cardi Monae approaches her sets with a simple but very cute plan: speaking to the femme in everyone and liberating bodies through music.

Her sets are an invitation to regain power, lose all inhibitions and reach for true joy whether she's playing trap, dancehall, naija, ballroom or the swankiest twerking music. Summer 2019 saw Decay scheduled to perform a series of shows at major festivals with her best friend the internationally acclaimed DJ Kampire (Sonar, Primavera, Pukkelpop...)

When she’s not on tour, Decay produces as Cardi Monae. An acclaimed photographer and installation artist, her latest work “Salooni” was featured in several prestigious Art biennals in Africa and Europe.

She’s soon to release her debut EP on her label Hakuna Kulala.
